Meet the Women Behind "It's Pronounced"

It all started in 2015, when Alicia asked Sangay,
"Do you like booty jams?" 

Although we immediately exchanged numbers...we proceeded to NEVER text each other. It was not until two years later, where fate brought us together for a summer conference, that the friendship y'all know and love was born. 

Alicia (left) is the reason why the podcast is listed as explicit and pronounces her name: "Ah-lee-see-ah".

Sangay (right) always makes sure to cite her sources and pronounces her name: "San-gay, like SAN Francisco".

Together, we talk about topics that, like our names, are often misunderstood and have a good time doing it.
